Perused the limitation petition, which is I. A. No.404 of 2016. The reason given for delay is routine, which obviously indicates complete apathy on the part of the State to pursue the matter seriously. Even otherwise, we have gone through the impugned order dated 30.06.2011 passed in CWJC No.4166 of 2007. Prima facie, we do not find any infirmity in the order of

In view of the same, the limitation petition as well as the appeal is dismissed.
