Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is the owner of the tractor in question. The present first information report has been lodged after ten days of the alleged occurrence without there being any explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
