2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 23/ 2025 dated 15.02.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 8, 20(a)(i) and 25 of the NDPS Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that as per the allegation, only four cannabis plants were found inside the house of the petitioner but at the time of search and seizure, the mandatory provisions of section 103 (4) of the BNSS were not followed. It is further submitted that at the time of recovery of alleged contraband, mandatory provisions of the NDPS Act were also not complied with and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's custody period and completion of the investigation against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 23/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
