JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. For direction to pay the amount which is due upon respondent for 71 days of earn leave out of 300 days.

ii. To direct the Respondents for payment of Driver Bonus to the petitioner at the rate of Rs. 200/- per month from the year 2010 upto the date of superannuation i.e. 31.07.2018.

iii. For direction to pay all arrears and dues difference amount of gratuity for which the petitioner is entitled with interest thereof. iv. To direct the respondents to grant benefit of 3rd A.C.P. for which the petitioner entitled too.

This Court is of the view that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, it would be appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing appropriate representation before the respondent no.2 for which liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the respondent no.2 shall adjudicate upon the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
