2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Block Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Block Teacher, after investigation of all her educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66805 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service vide Letter No. 1072 dated 31.08.2023 issued by the District Programme Officer, Arwal (Annexure- P2).

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Arwalcum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Rampur Chauram P. S. Case No. 64 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
