2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of order of this Court dated 20.08.2016 passed in CWJC No. 21685/2014.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 5, Annexures 'A' and 'B' whereof being letter no. 388 dated 13.03.2019 and copy of Rule 201 of the Treasury Code-2011 respectively, discloses that a final decision has been taken by the
Patna High Court MJC No.800 of 2017 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts the aforesaid stand of the OP No. 5.
5. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Court stands complied with.
