====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 307, 377, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other accused persons committed torture and harassment to the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner No. 1 is unmarried sister-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is married sister-in-law of the informant.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67415 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 thrust of accusation is against husband of the informant. Allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and are not concerned with family affairs of the informant. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 21 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
