JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For a direction to the respondent to disposed off the appeal which has been filed by the petitioner vide Jamabandi Appeal No. 1007/2025 before the Court of Collector Araria in pursuance of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the B.L.T Patna in B.L.T Case No. 578/2024 which is pending for since long back without any valid reason. (ii) For any other order/orders on the basis of facts and circumstances stated herein after."

2. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sangha Mitra Ghosh, learned AC to GA-07,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15284 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 are present and they are heard.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Jamabandi Appeal No. 1007 of 2025 is pending before the court of Collector, Araria, filed in pursuance of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal (in short 'BLT') in BLT Case No. 578 of 2024 and the same is not being decided by the Collector, Araria, within the time framed by the BLT.

4. For the above grievance, the petitioner should have approached the Bihar Land Tribunal (BLT) and he has not made out a case, invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court to redress his grievance.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
