JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) For issuance of direction/ directions, order/ orders. writ/ writs particularly in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondent Authority to reinstate the petitioner on the basis that the learned Civil Court has not found any evidence and irregularity against the petitioner and he has been granted bail of the petitioner as well as the Respondent no. 4

Despite of that he has been not taken any action regarding the joining of the petitioner as Data Entry Operator in "Nuaon Block", Kaimur till now."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
