The petitioners seek bail in Sakri P.S. Case No. 73/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57761 of 2018 (4) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 that besides suspicion there is no allegation of specific overt act against these petitioners. During investigation, wife of the deceased, namely, Kiran Devi was arrested, who disclosed the name of these petitioners. It is alleged in the written report that aforesaid Kiran Devi had illicit relation with these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 04.06.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 73/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
