JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 12-10-2023 The present MJC-contempt petition is filed for non compliance of the order dated 10.02.2022 read with the petitioner's representation.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents have filed show cause along with the inquiry report. The concerned authority was required to pass formal compliance of the order pursuant to the report stated to have been received by the

Patna High Court MJC No.2269 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 concerned authority. The concerned authority is hereby directed to pass speaking order after providing an opportunity to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today reserving liberty to the petitioner to file interlocutory application for revival of this order in the event of non compliance. If the order of this Court is not complied within the time limit in that event exemplary cost would be imposed upon concerned authority on filing of interlocutory application for revival of this order.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt proceeding stands dropped.
