Petitioner seeks bail in Chhatapur P.S. Case No.129 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is living separately from her son. She has no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
