The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No.130 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 354(c) (d), 376(d), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 (B)(D) of the IT Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The F.I.R. has been lodged after about one month of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.207 of 2023(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
