2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 21.06.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36345 of 2024.

3. It has been submitted by the parties that the petitioner has already paid Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand) to the Bank and the remaining balance amount of Rs. 3,75,000/- (Three Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) shall be paid by the petitioner to the Bank within the next three

4. The petitioner shall remain on provisional bail as directed earlier vide order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36345 of 2024 and the provisional bail shall be confirmed by the Court below only after the petitioner paid the remaining balance amount of Rs. 3,75,000/- (Three Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) to the bank within the next three months.

5. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted to the petitioner. The amount deposited by the petitioner shall be released in favour of the concerned bank by the Court below.

6. In view of the above discussions, this modification application is allowed.
