The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding victim lady having been killed by the accused persons on account of non-fulfillment for demand of dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned counsel appearing for the informant have jointly submitted that the matter has been settled, hence for the moment there is no impediment for grant of bail to the petitioner herein, who happens to be the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.06.2018.

No.69638 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018.
