JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Perused the report sent by the 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Patna dated 21.12.2018 wherein it has been stated that the charges have already been framed on 24.09.2018 and now the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. It is further stated that if the parties cooperate, trial of the case may be concluded within five months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the report sent by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna, the said Court is directed to expedite the trial and ensure that the trial is concluded within a period of eight months from today. At this juncture, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the trial is not completed within a period of eight months from today, the petitioner be granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70939 of 2018(4) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
