The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa O.P.) P.S. Case No.134 of 2022 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the informant. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

P.S. Case No.134 of 2022 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
