2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur PS Case No.158 of 2024 dated 13.05.2024, instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354-B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date of occurrence while the informant cooking food at her house, the accused persons including the petitioners arrived at the house of the informant armed with weapons. They started hurling abuses at the informant and when the informant raised objection, co-accused, Harendra Paswan, gave order to kill the informant as the informant's husband does not pay commission
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71596 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/3 from the fund allocated to him in connection with execution of panchayat works. It is further alleged that co-accused, Krishna Nandan Paswan, caught hold of the informant's hair and pulled her on the ground. Petitioner is alleged to have tore the blouse of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a labourer and used to work under the husband of the informant. There was some dispute with regard to payment of wages of the petitioner. The allegation that the petitioner tore the blouse of the informant is false and concocted. Further submission is that the husband of the informant was not paying the due wages to the petitioner and when he insisted for his wages, he was threatened to be implicated in criminal case. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
