Petitioners, apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 333, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. Similarly placed co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44636 of 2019 and order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52951 of 2019 respectively.

No.60094 of 2019(4) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on prearrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
