The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.07 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354/34 and, later on, added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on mere suspicion in the supervision note of the Dy.S.P. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2016. Further submission is that while the petitioner is accused in one more case, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this application, but in that case, the petitioner is on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14205 of 2017 (3) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 bail.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.07 of 2016.
