That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), direction(s) to the respondents to fix and announce the date of appointment for the post of Asha Worker in Ward

Patna High Court CWJC No.14618 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 no. 9 of Ishlampur Panchayat in Madanpur Block in the district of Aurangabad and appoint the petitioner as such on said post because she is quite eligible for the said post."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
