JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Letter bearing no. 72 dated 7.6.2019 has been received from the trial Court kept at Flag-A. From perusal of letter it appears that charge has not been framed. Trial Court has prayed for four months extension of time for dispose of the case.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 4.12.2018 with liberty to renew their prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in the trial.

Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that bail application has already been filed on behalf of petitioners. Put up this case along with Cr. Misc. no. 38391 of 2019 on 17.7.2019.
