The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.210/2019 registered under Sections 413,414/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and there is no recovery of live cartridge from the conscious of the petitioner and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits he is in jail custody since 28.06.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S.
