Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 20 of 2019 arising out of Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith other accused came to the orchard where the brother of the informant was playing and assaulted him with lathi and bamboo and during treatment the brother of the informant died.. Considering the aforesaid, the prayer for bail is rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial is at the final stage. He further submits that the court below may be directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
