Petitioner seeks bail in Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 75/18 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have killed the daughter of the informant by setting her ablaze. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
