Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the as per his knowledge, the petitioner and his wife both died, therefore, he is not in contact with heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner. As such, counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty that as and when occasion shall arise, the heirs and legal representatives may file a fresh application.
