2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 439 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 50 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2022 and he is accused in 13 more cases.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
