The petitioner is in custody in connection with Akorhi-Gola P.S.Case No.11 of 2016 registered for an offence under Section 392 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that other co-accused have been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2017 having no progress in the trial. The learned APP opposed the submissions.
