2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 118(2), 303(2), 76, 333, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that these two petitioners along with other snatched nose ring, earrings, chain and mangalsutra from wife and daughter of the informant and misbehaved with them. There is also allegation of assault against these petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case because of old land dispute. There is absolutely no specific overt-act attributed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70348 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 against these petitioners. Allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class civil court, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
