1. After the matter was heard at length and elaborate submissions were made, learned counsel Shri J.P. Singh appearing on behalf of the appellant-original writ-petitioner

Patna High Court LPA No.517 of 2017(15) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw the main writ petition unconditionally. Prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. Under the circumstances, the original writ petition No. 2367 of 2014 stands dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally. Whatever the consequences of the order passed which was impugned in the writ petition will follow. However, it is observed that once the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally, the impugned order will automatically go.
