Petitioners seek bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners that they helped the accused, Satendra Yadav, to run away from custody of the police.
Petitioners are in custody since 16.08.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76771 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
