The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 3 and 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Prosecution case, in short, is that three loaded country made pistol along with 12 blank cartridges are recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 7.5.2019. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that three loaded country made pistol along with 12 blank cartridges are recovered. Case No. 21/19.
