The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.558 of 2021 registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 384, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is a labourer and earns Rs.4000/- per month. The petitioner undertakes to pay Rs.1000/- per month to his wife for her maintenance, as is evident from supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.65115 of 2022(4) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S.Case No.558 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
