The Petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. It is alleged that 10 bottles of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2016. It is mentioned in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
