1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case no.163/2022 registered under sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol with seven live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The cause of false implication is his antecedents. The petitioner is in custody since 16.5.2022.

No.346 of 2023(4) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R, the petitioner having remained in custody for 11 months since 16.5.2022 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case no. 163/2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
