The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No.147/16 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excisse Act..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot rather his name has been disclosed by Biru Kumar Mahto in his confessional statement who is said to have been apprehended by the police with illicit Nepali liquor. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

2/4 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1st, Madhubani, in Rahika P.S. Case No.147/16.
