2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since 22.06.2023, as per paragraph 2 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 173 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
