2. For condonation of delay of about 3 years 360 days in filing the present LPA No. 1134 of 2019, no cause has been appraised so as to condone enormous delay of 3 years and 360 days in filing LPA No. 1134 of 2019.
3. The Co-ordinate Bench in LPA No. 51 of 2021 (State of Bihar and Ors. vs. Md. Ahmad and Ors.) has
Patna High Court L.P.A No.1134 of 2019(4) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 elaborately examined delay in filing the LPA on behalf of the State. In the light of order passed in LPA No. 51 of 2021 (cited supra) the appellants have not made out a case.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 1 of 2019 is rejected, resultantly, LPA No. 1134 of 2019 stands dismissed.
5. Pending I.As, if any, stand disposed of.
