It is only after the Court ordered personal presence of the Secretary of Examination Board that the small issue vexing the petitioner since 2013 has been resolved.

It was a totally unavoidable litigation and it was because of the inaction or unresponsiveness of the Bihar School Examination Board that a citizen was compelled to approach the High Court.

The Court hopes that the new Secretary will also pay attention to the left over issues of such kind and

Patna High Court CWJC No.19309 of 2013 dt.24-09-2015 2/2 it is given due priority for earlier decision. Personal presence of the Secretary now stands dispensed with.

Writ application stands disposed off.
