2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 161 of 2024 arising out of Basnahi P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023 lodged on 13.12.2023 under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 27.05.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 38850 of 2024 granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case on 10.07.2024.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and considering the fact that no purpose would be served keeping the petitioner in judicial custody, if the charge has been framed, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, III, Saharsa, in connection with S.T. No. 161 of 2024 arising out of Basnahi P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
