1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the above named petitioner to issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) commanding thereby to the Respondent concerned to continue service of the petitioner as class-IV employee since he has been discharging the duty on the post aforesaid 22.01.2013, now has been removed from service without any rhyme or reason.
The petitioner further prays that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16415 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 respondent concerned may also be directed to make payment of his entire outstanding salaries/remuneration and other consequential benefit with penal as well as the statutory interest and/or grant any other equitable relief(s) befitting in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
