The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No. 432/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that during patrolling duty police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused Golu Kumar. On search one loaded pistol along with magazine in which five live cartridges were loaded and also 13 live cartridges were recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Golu Kumar has already been granted bail by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80114 of 2018(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60959/2018 dated 29.10.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
