2. This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of this Court's earlier order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33420 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a driver and due to ill health he could not surrender before the Court-below within the stipulated period granted by this Court.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner has not surrendered before the Court-below within four weeks as
