2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 387, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other miscreants came to the land of the informant and started taking his soil with JCB and tractor. Further, they demanded ransom of Rs. 25 lakh and also threatened him.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that both the parties are co-

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 2nd Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
