The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1353(C) of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant/O.P. No. 2 alleged that this petitioner along with two others fraudulently took her pass-book and A.T.M card and also withdrew Rs. 76,000/- from her Saving bank account. When the complainant demanded her Pass-book and A.T.M. card from the petitioner, he did not return the same. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60406 of 2019(7) dt.19-02-2020 2/3 that petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 30,000/- in the court below within a period of three weeks from today, subject to the decision of this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 30,000/-, the petitioner abovenamed in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 1353(C) of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.

(ii) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the
