1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. A) To issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari setting aside the order dated 06.08.2022 (Annexure11) passed by the Respondent No.4 namely, the Commissioner, Koshi Commissionary, Saharsa in Anganbari Revision No.56/2011, dismissing the same and also order dated 14.6.2011 (Annexure-7) passed by Respondent No.5, the District Magistrate, Supaul, dismissing Appeal Case No. 6/2011 as well as order dated 24.01.2011 contained in Memo No.65 issued by Respondent No.6, namely District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.16653 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 Officer, Supaul terminating the service of petitioner as Anganwari Sevika of centre No.213 Laharniya Mirjawa, Circle-Triveniganj, District-Supaul with further direction to recover the honorarium paid to her in last one year after doing some formality by C.D.P.O.

B) To issue a writ in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner back in service with all consequential benefits with effect from 24.1.2011."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
