2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 16 Kg. of Ganja has been recovered from one Vikash Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Vikash Kumar. The

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Jitna Police Station, East Champaran on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
