There happens to be omnibus allegation against the petitioners. From Paragraph Nos. 19, 22, 23 and 24 of the case diary it is evident that all the injured have sustained superficial simple injury.

That being so, it is a fit case wherein the petitioners should seek regular bail which learned lower court will consider
