This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The first information report is against unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Manish Kumar Singh @ Jagana, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4275 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15917 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
