Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to issue selection letter in favour of the petitioner pursuant to selection panel dated 16.12.18 wherein name of petitioner figured at S. No. 1 with respect to Aganwari Centre No. 184 Ward No. 2 Village Simariya P.S.Pakribarawan District Nawada for the post of Aganwari Sevika.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the remedy to the petitioner lies

Patna High Court CWJC No.18867 of 2019(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 before the Original Authority under the relevant Margdarshika prepared for appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika, which has yet not been exhausted by the petitioner and she has filed the present writ petition directly before this Hon'ble Court.

4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the Original Authority under the relevant Margdarshika prepared for appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika within 30 days after Durga Puja Holidays if, cause of action still survives.
